Raw Energy is a heartfelt initiative based in Adelaide that champions young carers under 18 who are managing the emotional and physical demands of caregiving. Our programs are designed to support their mental health, provide financial assistance, and create a sense of community. Many of these young individuals face anxiety, loneliness, and fatigue. Through events, peer bonding, and counselling, we help them feel understood and uplifted. Our caring team of volunteers and professionals offers guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Whether it's sharing a story, attending a group outing, or receiving much-needed help, Raw Energy gives young carers the tools and opportunities to thrive. We're here to remind them: your strength matters, and you're never alone.
