About:	In 1976, I started working at the Telsmith Factory in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Working my way up through the ranks, I ended up as a field service technician. Years later, I moved to Southern California, getting my chance at equipment sales with TEI. I then accepted a position with Cedarapids as The Western Regional Sales Manager.Next, I had the opportunity to join Balzer Pacific Eq. Co., who moved us to Seattle, Washington, to ultimately manage that division.
