Michael is a certified carpenter who has worked on residential and commercial construction projects all across Melbourne for more than 20 years. During this time, in addition to building, we also ran a civil construction and earthwork company that worked all around Melbourne. Michael was forced to use a wheelchair as a result of a tragic motorcycle accident in 2013. Michael enrolled at this time in an Advanced Diploma in Architecture and Building Design programme. Michael found himself incredibly educated when it came to the structural aspect of designing and drawing blueprints due to his years of expertise in the building industry, which made it the ideal transition into being a building designer. As a Registered Builder with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Michael decided to take things a step further in 2016. He now truly likes building many of the projects that Jewel Developments has designed internally.
