If you’ve ever felt depressed or anxious, struggled with your identity or self esteem, or are a parent struggling with troublesome behavior with kids, you’ve found Blue Spruce Therapy. My name is Rachel & I work with kids & young adults, as well as adults. My therapeutic style is individualized depending on each client & their needs. I have experience with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, & co-occurring disorders. I also work with kids/teens on body image, self esteem, & emotional skills using art, movement, & play. I work with DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, animal assisted social work, & expressive therapies (all depending on my clients needs).
