I would build my supplies needed for an in home salon and start taking clients by appointment only. Schedule refills for 2 to 3 weeks as your client pays for services completed. Before I moved, my nail lady did things this way and she was always booked with loyal and extremely great natured customers. She had a set Schedule and never accepted walk ins.
